Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and certificates (if applicable), to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Sale or clearance items.

Earrings for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at oryshjewelscustomerservice@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.

Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include the RA number inside the box.

Ship the Return: You will be responsible for shipping the return item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
